Projects will be supported, the construction of facilities for the production of hydrogen by electrolysis using RES, while:
i. for the production of hydrogen, only electric energy obtained from equipment using RES installed within the project and at the same time will be used
ii. the produced electrical energy will be used as a priority for the production of hydrogen, i.e. the annual production of electricity will be comparable to the annual production of hydrogen, and at the same time the installed power of the equipment for the production of electricity must not exceed 10 times the installed power input of the electrolyzer and at the same time
iii. all hydrogen produced will be used:
- for the production of electricity and/or
- in heating/cooling and/or
- in transport..
