The aim of the program is to improve the quality of air, water and soil by reducing the degree of pollution caused by burning wood and fossil fuels used to produce thermal energy used for heating and obtaining domestic hot water, and to stimulate the use of systems that use renewable energy sources, by financing from the Environment Fund projects on the installation of heating systems using renewable energy, including the replacement or completion of conventional heating systems.
Possible usage of the funding instrument in the P2G context: This program encourages the abandonment of conventional sources (burning wood in stoves, etc.) in heating homes and replacing them with installations that produce heat / hot water from renewable sources. These things can come as strengths or they can be encouraging for installations that produce energy from renewable sources but also for Power to gas technology.
