In order to produce renewable energy, there must be a well-thought-out plan for its storage and distribution. Therefore, the electricity distribution network comes into discussion, which must be modified in such a way as to be able to support the surplus of electricity from renewable sources, after previously the green energy production stations were connected to the national distribution network. A more efficient infrastructure is needed not only in terms of energy production but also in terms of energy transport, whether we are talking about overhead, underground networks of high voltage, but also medium and low voltage.
Possible usage of the funding instrument in the P2G context: Grid reinforcement will make possible to install P2G hubs on some currently non-perspective places due to currently non-existing near power line connection for them.
