The object of the program is to finance the acquisition and installation of systems that use renewable energy sources, non-polluting. The aim of the program is to increase energy efficiency, improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, by using photovoltaic panel systems to produce electricity needed for own consumption and deliver the surplus in the national energy system. The objective of the program is to increase the capacity to produce electricity from renewable sources. It is a program that also has environmental benefits and that in addition to providing energy for various buildings, will deliver the surplus energy to the network. The financing of the program is made from the revenues of the Environmental Fund, as well as from the amounts transferred through the ROP (Regional Operational Program).
Possible usage of the funding instrument in the P2G context: Electricity can be introduced into the system as mentioned above, but the surplus energy that is generated or remains, can also be used for any Power to Gas hubs.
