Some of the eligible costs of investments in energy from RES are: Investments in the construction and/or equipping of facilities for the production of energy from renewable sources, with associated equipment and infrastructure. Includes investments in the construction and/or equipping of facilities for the reception, processing and storage of raw materials for the production of energy from renewable sources with associated equipment and infrastructure.
Possible usage of the funding instrument in the P2G context: This financial incentive is good for the farmers that already have own source of biomass and can use it for energy purposes by building an energy plant.
There is no limit for the utilization of surplus energy, which can contribute to generation of green hydrogen in the P2G, located nearby, or owned by the user of this subsidy–if market incentives for green hydrogen or bio-methane make it viable.
